If there is a problem with an item and you wish to send it back. The item must be in the manufacturer's original packaging in the same condition as you received it and include all packaging material. For example, on new equipment,: instruction manual, inserts (styrofoam), plastic bags, and unfilled warranty card. We will inspect it when received. If the item is not in satisfactory condition (the way it was sent out) we will not accept it and will be returned to you. Please be aware there is a 10% restocking fee on returned merchandise unless an arrangement is worked out prior to return. In order to have this 10% waived, just call us first and we will issue a return authorization.
Original shipping is not refundable. On shipments where we paid the shipping there will be a deduction from your refund to cover that original shipping expense.
Blister pack items will not be taken back if opened.
Defective items: If you receive any defective item please contact us within 5 days of receiving the shipment so that we can arrange to exchange it for you. Please contact us BEFORE shipping it back. Return shipping is to paid by the buyer we will send the exchanged item at our expense!
Special Order Items: These items are not returnable. If it is an initial defective we will contact the mfg and get it exchanged for you.
