If there is a problem with an item and you wish to send it back. The item must be in the manufacturer's original packaging in the same condition as you received it and include all packaging material, within 15 days of receipt. For example, on new equipment,: instruction manual, inserts (styrofoam), plastic bags, and unfilled warranty card. We will inspect it when received. If the item is not in satisfactory condition (the way it was sent out) we will not accept it and will be returned to you. Please be aware there is a 10% restocking fee on returned merchandise unless an arrangement is worked out prior to return. In order to have this 10% waived, just call us first and we will issue a return authorization.

  • Original shipping is not refundable. On shipments where we paid the shipping there will be a deduction from your refund to cover that original shipping expense.
  • ALL Special Orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Blister pack items will not be taken back if opened.
  • Defective items: If you receive any defective item please contact us within 5 days of receiving the shipment so that we can arrange to exchange it for you. Please contact us BEFORE shipping it back. Return shipping is to paid by the buyer we will send the exchanged item at our expense!
  • Special Order Items: These items are not returnable. If it is an initial defective we will contact the mfg and get it exchanged for you.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

But what about you? The only way we can safely verify that our customers are who they say they are is by using thorough checks and obtaining all the required information. That's why we don't currently ship anywhere but to the billing address, and that's why we require the amount of information that we do.

We realize the inconvenience this might create, but we feel that building a mutual network of trust is crucial to having faith in your purchases on the web, particularly if you're purchasing expensive equipment on time-sensitive deadlines!
