We frequently get calls from Photographers asking for help in recovering their images from failed computers and hard drives. In many cases there were no backups and it became impossible to recover their work, which is why we developed this class.

In this workshop we will be discussing several approaches to where your images are located, making backups of your images, and for lightroom users protecting your Lightroom Catalogues, presets and editing instructions as well. We cover:

Location of your images, Important Preferences and Settings, Location of Lightroom Catalog, Multi-Hard Disk Strategies, Internal, External and Cloud Storage, Using Multiple Catalogs, Re-linking to folders which have been moved, Specialized software for Backing up

General information:

Unlike many other on-line workshops, our interactive workshops are designed to emulate a classroom environment, the students can work along with the instructor, ask questions and have the instructor see and assist them.

These classes are held using the Zoom online meeting system, with each student able to interact with the instructor and the rest of the class. The classes are limited to 8 people to ensure that all questions are answered.

Prior to the start of a workshop each student receives a Workbook and a set of images used in the class, as well as, instructions on how access the online class.

Include in the email you full name, phone number and email address as well was the workshop you want to

take.

You must be registered. Registration cuts off at 12 pm the day before the workshop is scheduled to begin.

You will receive and registration form / invoice which is to be paid via PayPal or any Credit Card.

Once payment is received, you will be sent instructions on how to join the class and the class material package. Payments are refundable, less a $4 processing fee, prior to 24hours before the start of class.
