Kowa Sport Optic Giveaway on May 5th

Personally we are excited about this months giveaway. We have 2 of the Kowa Genesis 10.5x44 Prominar XD Binoculars for this month. If you are not familiar with the Kowa Genesis Binocular Series you really are missing out. This series of binocular is truly fantastic. The overall quality is what you'd expect from a binocular priced way more than Kowa has these available for.

The Genesis Series incorporates a total of 4 XD lenses (2sets of 2 lenses) to significantly reduce chromatic aberration and provide ahigh contrast in the field of view. This high refractive roof prism (Bak4 +SK15) combined with Kowa's C³ coating delivers the clearest and sharpest image.

Kowa's XD Lenses (eXtra-low Dispersion glass with similarcharacteristics to fluorite crystal) combines with a special dispersion concavelens to reduce a very high percentage of chromatic aberration for the ultimateviewing experience.

Schmidt-Pechan Roof Prism Lens and C3 Coating - Kowa's roofprism binoculars use a Schmidt-Pechan prism. With the highly reflective C3coating application, this increases reflectivity by 99% or higher reflectancerate across the entire visible spectrum (400-700nm). This not only providesbright and sharp images, but also accurate color reproduction.

Thixomolded Magnesium Alloy Body - A magnesium alloy body isformed using a sophisticated thixomolding technology to deliver the benefits ofa high strength metal body but in a lightweight magnesium alloy structure. Thedurability and reliability of these binoculars can withstand the most severeconditions to provide users the greatest degree of confidence and security.

Kowa's KR coating protects the lenses from dirt and otherforeign residues that may affix to the lenses during normal use. Fingerprintsor oil can easily be removed with the proper lens cleaning techniques.

Phase-Coated Roof Prism - The Schmidt prism roof surface isphase corrected to ensure sharp images for the most outstanding image contrast.

The all-surface multi-coated optical system provides aprecise color definition for a brighter and sharper image.

Waterproof and Fogproof - The housing is waterproof to JISProtection Class 7 and filled with dry nitrogen gas to prevent internal foggingto ensure image clarity.

Twist-Up Eyecups - Twist-up multi-step eyecups allowcustomization for easy viewing even when wearing eyeglasses.
